How do you get name tags for users

Like the name says, i was wonder, under your guys/gals posts you have pictures with your name or just pictures. Hoe do you upload pictures for your signature. Not the avatars just signatures

Firstoff, go to an image hosting site, like www.photobucket.com and create an account. After you do that, either get someone to create your sig, or just upload a picture you have on your computer. Edit your profile, and add the picture onto your Signature, and you'll have it.
