Fatalities?

I just recently got the game and I was really hoping to be able to pull of some Fatailities on a couple of the guys, but when I got past the 3rd guy and tried a Fatality, it didnt work. I had the Fatality style selected, but from that point on I couldent do a thing =( Could anyone please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

The fatalities don't work the same way as Armageddon if that's what you mean, each character has two signiature finishing moves, apart from Kitana, Frost and Jax who have one, and Blaze who has none at all. The Fatality stance keeps you locked in a still position so you don't end up killing your opponent with a light tap to the arm while your imputting the code to tear out their ribcage.

Their aren't any fatalities up for Jax, Frost and Kitana yet, but I'd imagine that they'd be the same as the ones for MK: Deadly Alliance.

And welcome to the forums. Sorry if I sounded patronising there but you'd be surprised how many people have never played an MK before Armageddon.
