Green Arrow, Green Lantern & The Joker All Join Injustice: Gods Among Us

After <a href="http://popwatch.ew.com/2012/10/09/green-arrow-injustice-gods-among-us-first-look/">yesterdays exclusive reval of Green Arrow in Entertainment Weekly</a>, today the trailer has been sent out to the rest of the world for sharing. Along with that WB sent along the first look at the game's official box art which also reveals both Green Lantern and The Joker as well, which are in line with <a href="https://twitter.com/noobde/status/255731039887048704">Ed Boon's teases</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/noobde/status/255733652766478337">on Twitter yesterday</a>.

They also announced that the game will be available to play at the <a href="http://www.newyorkcomiccon.com">New York Comic Con</a> that starts tomorrow and runs through October 14th at the Javits Center in New York City.

In addition to the Green Arrow reveal trailer and box art. They also sent along his render and three new in-game screenshots. All of which can be seen below:

Today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment confirmed that famed superhero Green Arrow will be featured as a playable character in the upcoming Injustice: Gods Among Us videogame. The title is scheduled for release April 2013 for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and the Wii U™ system from Nintendo.

Visitors to this year’s New York Comic Con taking place at the Javits Center in New York City October 11-14 will be able to get their hands on with the game and play the Green Arrow by visiting the DC Entertainment booth (#1238) at the show.

Accompanying this all-new character reveal are screenshots, character render and gameplay video featuring the Green Arrow in action. Also unveiled today is the front of box image.

Injustice: Gods Among Us introduces a bold new franchise to the fighting game genre from NetherRealm Studios, creators of the definitive fighting game Mortal Kombat. Featuring DC Comics icons such as Batman, The Flash, Harley Quinn, Solomon Grundy, Superman and Wonder Woman, the latest title from the award-winning studio presents a deep original story. Heroes and villains will engage in epic battles on a massive scale in a world where the line between good and evil has been blurred.

The box art is pretty cool, only because Joker is on it

Awesome reveals! Though I would have been more hyped if the characters were Aquaman and Clayface.

No surprise Joker is in. He's very overrated

If Black Canary, Poison Ivy, and/or the Huntress make it, I will most likely main them along with Harley Quinn and Catwoman.

Green Arrow? Hell yeah, his gameplay trailer looked nutworthy

Green Lantern? Nice, I wonder which version he is

Joker? Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Not gonna lie, kind of tired of seeing Joker's face.

All this Joker disgust hurts inside man.
I'm not going to bash the opinions though cause that'll be dumb.

Suhweet! Now all 3 of my favorites are in: Batman, Harley, and especially Joker! Now I have no reason not to get this game come April.

Boon's hints didn't make any sense at all. Unless I'm missing something. Hard to tell with him.

Edit: Apparently I completely missed the "ROMERO" part. "So, how do you keep a secret from the world's greatest detective? Well, do you know? It's easy, you stick it right under his pointy little nose... and wait."

Well speculation here say that it could be swamp thing or Hal Jordan. Since Jordan is here nothing to worry about

If the Joker is in this, then I demand his alternate costume be the "I Killed Jason Todd And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt" shirt

Nice. Someone figured that Green Arrow would be next ever since the premiere of the series "Arrow" that showed on Wednesday night on Pix. For those who wondering which GL are they using:

As you can see by the box art, it's Hal Jordan.

The new characters looks great! I pretty sure they are going to add Lex-Lutor and Acuaman

off topic I know, but I really hate the Blue and Yellow that the Wii U is going to use on all their game boxarts. :/
