Poem: Feelings from the Heart

Well, here is one of my poems I wrote a year or two ago for a friend of mine who lost someone close to them. This is also the poem that would have won me an award if I would have ordered it. I believe it also got published. This was from a while ago so it isn't my recent quality work, which I might post later on, but tell me what yout think about it.



Feelings From The Heart

These next lines that I'm about to say,
I think about them each and everyday.
I can't stop thinking about life,
Knowing yours was a sacrafice.
To the lord in the sky,
Though he left without a good-bye.
I miss you so much that is true,
And don't forget I will always love you.
For these are feelings from the heart,
I had them since the very start.
You were there smiling bright,
I think of that through the night.
I wish you were still here next to me,
But it's something I will never see.
Again, said this since the start,
My feelings for you are in my heart.

Not bad. I'm sure it would have ben published somewhere. Why wouldn't take the award for this one?

Costs too much to ship it.

I am in the process of writing 3 poems. One is finished but it sucks, I mean really sucks...I made it in study hall when i was half asleep lol. The other two, I'll leave them secret for now.

A video game one is a nice idea Chief, I'll think about making one. I did make a GoW one, nothing as good as your GoW2 one though, maybe I'll post it.

I think that you should post that "GOW" Poem....yeah.
