You can unlock this in Deception win the Krypt. It doesent take much coins. Ive unlocked it. And if you beat the game with Mileena and get a flawless victory with Onaga for 2 rounds You see the Sexy Mileena pic pop up after the ending and an animation moves the sais. Ive done it. Not really much of a show though. But pretty good.
