Yeah...no d-pad and just a redesign of the PDP Versus Pad, no buy!

Shame on you NRS for going the cheap route again and not working with Hori instead.




Why buy this when you can buy those 2 instead?

No D-Pad, Wtf? Lmfao, that's so stupid. Especially when most of the specials are direction base.

still it Boon should've known why fighters tend to be more popular on sony consoles, and it is sure as hell not the analogue sticks
 
Eh, not digging it so much. I never really like those controllers. Besides, it's hard for me to play on sticks for MK. Unless it's the klassics, of course.
 
I wonder if they were hoping they could attract players of other franchises with the joystick, like streetfighter. But come on NR, uncool.
 
Most Street Fighter players use arcade sticks, which is much different from an analog stick.


Though it does say prototype, so hopefully the negative feedback reaches PDP
 
LMAO, no D-Pad - no money. Even tho Im gonna get a PC version of MKX, I know I'll be using PS3 controller (or Maybe PS4's ds4)

That thing is not an analogue stick, it's actually more like mini arcade stick with micro switches, they got the idea from the Neo Geo CD controller.

As the saying goes "to each his / her own."

I got so used to the PlayStation button layout from MK4, Deadly Alliance, Deception, Armageddon, MKvsDC and MK9, that it's hard for me to go back to using the arcade sticks now.

fightstick yes but fk that analog shit... there are games ive never learned on pad thanks to my madcatz te2 but its not the same at all
