San Diego man faces 13 years in prison for using children’s sidewalk chalk on street

What the fck.... that's bullshit. Not even spraypaint graffiti is that extreme of a penalty. Every $400 worth of "damage" you do is a year in jail and/or a $10,000 fine. Cement used for sidewalks is cheap. It's just sidewalk chalk, and it IS free speech. Take a hose to it and it will be washed away.
