Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition Question! HELP ASAP!

Ok so first off WOW! It's been a looong time since I've been on these forums. Second, if I buy Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition used (pre-owned) will I get the Klassic Skins and DLC characters? Is it included in the disc or is it a code that comes in the box? Also, will I be able to play online if I buy this game used? I ask cause nowadays buying games used limits your fun...

A friend of mine picked up the Komplete edition the other day. All the DLC is on disc. I imagine you would still need to purchase an online pass to play online if you buy used, though.
