Created by Kevin Tancharoen, the director tapped to create the next Mortal Kombat feature-length movie, Mortal Kombat: Legacy was born of a leaked test film designed to show Warner Bros. his vision of where he sees the Mortal Kombat universe, called Mortal Kombat Rebirth. Warner Bros. continues to support this direction by putting together the entire 9 episode webseries on one high definition Blu-ray disc, along with some bonus features to make the purchase more compelling.

-- Mortal Kombat Legacy: Fights – A look at the role "Fatalities" and hyper-violence play in the Mortal Kombat storytelling process. Included within the piece is a detailed exploration of the fights and stunts staged during the production of the web-series.

-- Mortal Kombat Legacy: Fan Made – Go inside the mind of Mortal Kombat super fan Kevin Tancharoen and uncover his passion and vision that brought Mortal Kombat: Legacy to life.

-- Mortal Kombat Legacy: Expanding The Netherrealm -- Multi-chapter documentary brings the Mortal Kombat universe to life.

-- Mortal Kombat: Mysticism - Discover the powers that define the characters.

-- Mortal Kombat: Gear - Explore all the weapons that make Mortal Kombat fighting unique.

But, what if I just watch it on my computer? Than it would still be on the computer screen.

I probably won't be getting this, I've no reason to. I can just watch them for free online if I felt like it.

I really only liked the Johnny Cage and Kano/Jax/Sonya episodes and didn't want to pick this up before, but for 13.49 I might just do that since I have 20+ dollars in amazon credit from preordering games lol

It has about an hour more or less in behind the scenes content etc, very enjoyable to see how they made the cyrax sektor episode with mokap, plus scenes of the scorpion and subzero ice sword fight that didnt make it to the episodes. Worth the 13 bucks if you want more hints of what the team wants for the next movie and to see the way they got the series filmed in just 18 days, defenitely got my respect and full support for the future projects.
