HI Calactyte, Yes, I will work with a new character and I start now, I will not wait for 2016.

Raiden and Cage are both rigged and ready but you'll need Max 2015 with it so that you can render Bleeds files. Do you need me to post the 3ds Max files for you? Since Raiden has cloth dynamics involved you'll probably need a powerful machine to render.
I would love to work on the characters made by Bleed, but I do not work with 3DsMax yet.
But in the future I will learn to use it.

Would you rather work on the mostly unfinished Kano?
Kano is the character that needs some attention on this project, I think it's time to work on it.

The TYM animation looks much better.
The shoulders still look a bit off, but I won't hassle you over it because I know first hand that shoulders are a pain in the arse to get right.

About the bio animation, that's a great surprise.
I wasn't sure whether you'd be able to pull it off, but you have.
You really nailed the animation, but the lighting is a bit harsh.
Are you using subsurface scattering in her skin? That's really easy to add in Blender, and it makes a world of a difference. It's what makes the face go from looking like a solid mannequin to a living being.
Also, the lighting in her forehead and bangs is also too harsh. No idea on what has to be done about that, sorry. Maybe SSS helps there too. I honestly don't know.
Also, there appears to be some red stuff reflecting on the rivets of her bracelet.
Finally, and maybe I'm wrong about this one, but shouldn't the animation be like 50% slower?

Keep up the good stuff, man.

"SSS" has been applied to it.
Maybe the lighting has hampered things a bit.
As for the reflections on the rivets of the bracelets, I have no idea what that is.

This picture is from way back when Gojira first created the base model. But I still think the bagginess in the pants of the right most image is just about spot on. Do you agree?

I agree with you regarding resemblance to the base model.
And adjustments need to be made yet.

For this reason I am putting here again the image I posted just above, for friends who use photoshop can make new adjustments to the model.

Seriously WTF? I guess he honestly just discovered this? Do you know how many times I've attempted to contact him about it? I tweeted him, emailed him. I've had reps from WB blow me off at E3 after agreeing to meet with me. Apparently nobody wants us talking to him directly. I'm pretty sure he has known about this for a long time.

I will try and reach out to him again and see if maybe his stance is changing. Wouldn't it be nice if they allowed us to run a kickstarter to build the game? We wouldn't even need too many resources. Just would need a game programmer from within the industry to help us actually code it. Of course we'd also need to finish the remaining characters quickly as well. That might be possible if you were being paid for it right Bleed?
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't WB's lawyers already tell you guys it was okay to make these graphics so long as no working game is ever made out of it?

Guys, your job is totally awesome and deserve a LOT more attention from gamers.

If it is not possible to release this game as MK HD, would it be real to release it as some kind of "chinese copy" of real MK franchise? For example: Sonya - Ponya, Sub-Zero - Zub-Sero, you know. Just to tell lawyers just to shut up

As I understand, this fan remix and cancelled HD Kollection are two different games?
