I also really like MrMos3s's new Select Screen! (I'm pretty late on that one. haha)

I don't know how/if the programming side of things is going, but I'd like to give a few of the tracks I've done for this project a fresh coat of paint when it gets to that point. Hopefully it won't be tooooo long.

Sonya update:
Fighting pose.
The hand movement is a little more circular and the movement up and down the body is a little further back.
I reduced a little white material of the shoes, but still kept the white.

Pose walk.
Her arms are a little freer, less attached to the body, but still keeping the shape of the original position, and I made other corrections suggested as a mild impact on the body when walking.

Walking animation is almost there, still it seems a little odd.

But the fighting stance looks relly neat now.

This looks beautiful! The only thing I notice is that the head timing seems a little off or too pronounced so that it looks like he falls then nods (like, "wow I just got knocked down! Nice!")

Also to make the hair fall flat on the floor it might make sense to add a ground deflector so that the hair plobs down on the floor properly.

thanks cal, the head looked weird to me too and about the hair I don't know why is looking like that cause I did add a plane as a collision object. I will try adding a box instead.
 
Fantastic job Arq! I saw this, maybe it has something to do with the collision object that you said before.

I love Sonya's standing and walking animations, it looks good to me.
Maybe I'm wrong but I think her sash belt animation is not flexible enough during her crouching animation (frome frame #8 to #12) . It's probably nitpick because I'm not sure it will be noticeable in game, lol.
