Lucius is an original character I made up and I would like to know what you guys think about him

Affiliation:
Elder Gods

Bio:
Lucius was created by the Elder Gods to oversee the Mortal Kombat tournament, He holds no loyalty to anyone except the Elder Gods. His job is to punish those who dare to break the rules of the tournament, or try to defy the Elder Gods.

Ending:

After Kahn was defeated the Elder Gods had found out what Raiden had done they spared him for averting Armageddon, but they had to make sure it would never happen.

They imbued Lucius with their power and called for another tournament. What the kombatants didn't know was that this was no tournament, this was a massacre.

Special Moves:

Lightspeed-He teleports (runs the speed of light) behind the opponent and kicks them in the back of the head.EX-Instead of a normal knockdown it acts as a pop up.

Prism-He summons a prism from below them and engulfs them to act as a disabler.EX- Unblockable and comes out faster.

Particle Dash-He dashes at the opponent like Skarlet's blood dash.EX- Faster.

Infrared-Push input during Particle Dash hits overhead.

Ultraviolet-Push input during Particle Dash hits low.

Photon Blast-White energy projectile.EX-Flies faster and does more damage.

Spectrum Pulse(air throw)-Grabs opponent in the air and shoots them to the ground with the Photon Blast.

X-Ray-Darkness of Light-He punches sending him forward a little bit to connect, he then elbows the opponent in the face breaking their jaw and skull, he after that jams his thumbs into each of the opponent's eyes.

Fatalities:

Holy Judgement: His forearm glows white with light and he karate chops the opponent through their entire body. Like Cage's second but it cuts all the way through.

Perpetual Light: He grabs the opponent by the neck and commands highly concentrated light to shine on them from all directions and through their body until their body falls to pieces cooked, and glowing white.

Babality: He gathers a ball of light in his hands and starts to laugh and play with it.

It took me a while to think of everything for this character I'm sure if you think long enough you could think of a unique character ;)
 
I actually have thought of one ... but not sure how well it would be accepted into an MK game. Ill give it a bit more thought and try to make a bio/skill list. :)

Well the light thing feels a little cliche, I know MK doesn't have the most original concepts in their game but I think they would be a little more subtle rather than being "hey noob uses shadow how bout a ninja who uses light!" and perhaps I'm reading to much into it but after MK9 i get the feeling the elder gods don't really care unless the rules are directly broken which any case they just step in themselves and pick out whoever is closest to help them.

Anyway for an original character i am impressed

Yea I was kind of thinking that the Elder Gods may not trust Raiden because he is more opinionated towards earthrealm so they create someone that can be directly commanded to deal with the rule breakers. Also about the cliche thing I agree but almost all the elements I can think of are represented so why not have light?
 
Really interesting concept and character. Lucious, the enforcer of the Elder Gods sounds pretty cool. I might use him in my ongoing future Mk stories, if you don't mind. I shall be giving full credit to you =D. Good Job mate, keep up the good work.

I don't mind at all in fact I would like it, also as a message to everyone I'm going to be making a couple more OCs so watch out for them.
 
Render looks great as well as the idea. My only complaint is the name. You say "Lucius" and I think Lucius Washington from Talladega Nights.

It literally means "Light" so it fits him there were alot more corny ones I was considering too lol
