When random selecting a character is the game able to select DLC characters?

From what I can see, it doesn't look like it. Typically in KOTH lobbies my friends and I will use our normal players but after a while we go to random. As the cursor jumps around, it doesn't actually ever go over to the DLC characters so I'm wondering if it's even possible for the game to select them as it never has for me.

Anyone have a definitive answer?

It did for my brother. he was random selecting characters to see their babality, ans it once chose kenshi.

Yes, it can. It was a good question, so I just did a quick check, cancelling out of each selection before setting a difficulty level. It was able to pick out both Skarlet and Kenshi with no trouble.

Yes it can. For me Player Select chose Skarlet twice and Kenshi once.

Yes, me and buddies at home use hidden cursor /random select practically all the time and we get dlc chars quite often.
