I don't think that's noob's blood. I'm pretty sure Sandstorm's outfit is a mix of orange and black.

I really like the idea of sandstorm, as long as he only used sand as his power and was a different colour, perhaps a light brown.

he could have a move where he turns into a bunch of sand and moves through you (tryin not to rip off smoke) and it puts sand in your eyes and it sets them up for a combo. also he could have a fatality involving you sinking in sand or somethin. i cant think of any details now.

How about this as a move, he could make up a wall of sand, knocking his enemy away from him.

Pretty much like the Green lanterns wall barrier from mkvsdc just without the bricks.

He could have a fatality with a giant sand worm ripping up his foe. Not trying to copy when Liu Kang becomes a dragon or Reptile's fatalities where he gets a free meal.
