It was a rumor saying that Japanese children killed themselves after hearing the Lavender Town theme. It goes on to say that the game was supposed to have an NPC named "Buried Alive" that was a decaying human corpse that you had to battle at the top of the Pokemon Tower. If you lost to him, it would show him eating your character alive. There were also alleged graphics of "uncatchable" Pokemon that were meant to look like white hands with exposed bones. All of this was untrue, but it's still really terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to read it, especially a person who grew up with Pokemon.

It just ain't the same when you know or even suspect that its real. I've seen way too much of this this gruesome morbid stuff beheading's, autopsy's, crime scenes, car wrecks, burn victims, and mutilations.
I have respect for the people who have to deal with, and clean that stuff up IRL.

I saw this when it got popular here (show to your friends and watch their reaction) and honestly it didn't phase me. I hate to admit it, but I'm Desensitized to almost everything.

Ok.... You guys don't know who I really am anyways so I'll tell you. My step mom gave me a rough morning the other day by yelling at me instead of just simply waking me up. So what I did was when I got to Facebook. I updated my status, letting everyone know that a "b*****" I'm living with gave me a rough morning. Unfortunately, she freakin found out because, 1. she has a Facebook, and 2. some of my Facebook "friends" are her relatives. Now, we are not talking to eachother. Just happened last Wednesday. Ugh. And all I intended to do was vent out and not offend anyone.

Can't really say I did the same thing u did, but I can tell you me and my stepmom had the same problem (not talking to each other [long story]), but if you guys don't like each other, I don't think the situation is really going to change.... based off my experience. What I would recommend you to do is always remember whose your friend on FB before writing something that may offend them (unless that's what your looking for, LOL).

I tend to not watch the type of things that will encourage the doers or copycats to continue committing whatever acts they record. The 2 guys 1 hammer video being a prime example. Another thing was the rash of kids beating up others for the sake of online notoriety.

See this is exactly what's wrong with the internet these days. It used to be a brave new world. A place to escape to. Now, you can't do that because everyone's bloody moved in and brought all their stuff. Getting on the internet was exciting in the '90s. Now it's like going to the friggin' grocery store.

Don't get me started on animal cruelty. If I ever see anything of anyone hurting any animal for whatever lackluster reasoning, I will do anything and everything in my power to chase down and beat the living crap out of that poor excuse for a person.
