About customisation, I think there's something about swaping colors of costumes, hair, skin and stuff, but I'm not sure about itens and costumes.

4 slots doesn't mean that's all we're getting. Seth killian put in an interview awhile back that the roster for this game is huge and so many characters have been alluded to that there's no way there's only 4 left.
