Like missile set ups?
Just time your missiles so they hit the second they stand up.
Don't spam them. And be sure to use the up forward and behind missiles to keep them guessing.
Other than that be sure to rush them down if you don't like missile play.
F4, 3 is pretty safe on block.
I also like to use his jabs, and low 1 to mix things up.
Really frustrates them.

But I've started using up missiles on wakeup to stop crossovers.
Then hit the uppercut when the missile connects.
For my pressure I love throwing out 2 jabs, then dash-crouch jab into throw/more jabs.
So easy to make them crack. Its like rock paper scissors though.
The standing jabs are to keep them from jumping, but will get hit by an uppercut.
Dash crouch jabs will stuff the uppercut, but will allow them to cross you up if they jump.
And the throw is for when you don't want to become predictable and get them to analyze your pattern.
