I ordered from Amazon and got an email with a code for the reptile skin. But then when I opened the KE box there was a card with a code for Ermac! Haven't activated either one yet, but I thought that was kinda odd...

Yes, Ermac comes with KE and TE regardless of where you buy it from. Everyone got him.
