Saw Sindel's alternate in Story Mode and it's very similar to her alternate in Deception.

You can do them without unlocking them first.
 
Actually on the idea of Cyber Smoke there is a possibility as a throwback to the original time he could be playable. [Similer to Human Smoke in UMK3/MK3/MKT] Possibly by some input while selecting HS?

Wow! Thank you for posting Sindel and Jade's alts. They're great! I think I prefer every female kombatant's alt.
 
Some of these alts have left me breathless. I already know, after watching some streams as well, which characters most suit me, gameplay and looks-wise. Keep up the good job people, we need to map out all the unlockables ;)
 
Someone will probably rip all the data from the disc plus the strategy guide should have all krypt locations. But keep these pics coming they're great
