Probably of review copies of the game, since video games companies usually send copies to either print magazines or online video game reviewes sites. Honestly, i think the full game is about to appear on the internet any moment now, probably this weekend, or right around Monday, all this videos are coming from the full version, and it won't be long before someone uploads it on torrents or any of those kind of sites.

Thats fake, the real picture has Scorpion at the right and if remember well it was a promotional picture of MK vs DC.
