Online question

This may seem like a pretty stupid question and forgive me if it's been answered, but when playing online do you have the option of only playing against people who are online using the same platform (Playstation 3 or Xbox) as you, or is it just Mortal Kombat in general and X-Box users would end up fighting versus someone playing Kratos.

You will only be playing people on the same console.

Does anyone know about regions? Will U.S. players be able to compete against people in Europe?

Im pretty sure its international...I think either Hans Lo or Hector Snachez mentioned it in an interview somewhere.
