Good photoshop, but I don't see why everyone wants all of these generic ninja designs. That is exactly what I would have expected Smoke to look like if they put no effort into his design. I prefer the new look.

I wouldn't mind the hair design if it looked a little different. Why does he have to look like Don King? But, I respect that you like the new design.
 
do u guys ever think about that maybe his hair is also part of one of his new moves? just saying if so then even his alternate probably still have his hair like that...
 
I did the exact same Photoshop actually, was going to post it the next time someone brought up Smoke's hair. Because IMO, the hair actually looks a lot better than the hood. If they were to give him a hooded design, they would need to change that awesome mask. The hair is also reminiscent of wisps of smoke, so not only is it appealing to me, but also makes sense. But each to their own.

Also, NRS really, really need to release a gameplay video of Smoke soon, to give everyone a true example of the character. If I was a developer, I'd be furious that people are hating on a creation that I haven't even properly revealed yet.

Nice Job! I like smoke's hair though. Variety is the key in this new MK, there is no need to put a hood on all ninjas.
