You Got Caged!!
Hey guys, since a lot of people have been asking around the forum and asking me personally, I finally decided to make a short tutorial video on the basics of juggling and some combos for Johnny Cage. It's nothing spectacular but hopefully at least one of you guys gets something out of it. Anyways here you guys go. Enjoy.

Thank you :) I might but I dunno who else to play with when the actual game comes out! Johnny of course but then there's Jax, Ermac, Reptile, Stryker, Sektor.... the list goes on and on. I'm gonna have a hard time deciding :P

Hmm, make sure you only press Square twice and dash RIGHT after he does the punch animation. Train yourself to do the exact samething twice, you'll get use to it.
 
a cool combo i found out for jc is right after his x-ray do ur forward x,x combo than his moon kick special. does about 53% damage
 
The text went by a little quick, but nice video otherwise. I'd like to see another video like this with Sub-Zero or Scorpion.
 
No problem guys, I love to share the little I know :p I'll probably end up making more for each of the characters eventually. I'm not nearly as good with Scorpion, Mileena, or Sub-zero as I am with Johnny but I can test some stuff out for you guys.
 
here are a few i have - just variations of some that have been posted already




this next one has 2 combos in it (the first one is a little bit tricky, timing wise)


this combos do pretty good dmg and dont use up any of your meter, you can add enhanced specials to the end of some of them if you want.

i got some more in the works - just trying to polish them off, going for style points more than dmg :-P ( oh its going to get sick )

DCP was beasting, I would not like to face him in Mortal Kombat. I hope to see more vids in the near future. Especially, a Kabal one.
 
Can you do a combo that combines both of those pop ups? Like use his High Kick one, a punch juggle, and then the Summersault kick thing for another popup?

You can do that the other way around; Start with the Axe kick, do the punch combos, then finish with the high kick but it doesn't do much damage. If you're asking do those moves in between combos refresh your pop-up, that's a no. the only moves that cause a little elevation in your opponent enough to sustain them in the air longer is the punch combos
