private match customization in Mortal Kombat would be awesome.

some of my ideas are;

-being able to turn the dials on the test your luck slot machine to anything you want.

-being able to change the match time, player health, and number of rounds

-option to disable the Super Meter, hud, and X-Ray attacks

this for me would be a huge benefit to the longevity of the game. what do you think?

ABSOLUTELY although i do not like the first one to be honest. and the super meter thing,
but i dont have any better ones right now. but yea good idea

Definitely. Great ideas.
Selecting the settings on the Test your Luck bar would be great.

pretty interesting ideas - it will be neat to see if any of these options will be available - and i hope some of them are

Why would that be stupid ?

Many games Tekken comes to mind, where you can adjust your health to handicap yourself.
Like you can give yourself 125% health and the better player can take 80% health to even the difference in skill.
More options is better than less options. IMO

Yeah that's a great Idea. For some reason I really like the super meter idea, just to get the breakers out I guess? From the looks of things if you added an extra round with the character damage they've implemented the fighters would literally be a bloody pulp by the end.

No x-rays, No Super Meter, no HUD, Scorpion Only, FINAL DESTINATION. (Or the Pit)

I know what it is, thanks. I have always thought it was stupid to change the health. Giving someone the advantage, or giving yourself the advantage, is lame. I prefer to fight at full health and have a 'win or lose by a hair' type match instead of one person getting a 'lead' on things. Just stupid, imo.

Well it would be up to the players to pick how they distribute the health. I would use the custom health to give both players the same amount of health benefiting nobody. it would be amazing to have the option to play "Sudden Death" or fight a battle with one round were both characters have 500% health =P, the length of the battle would be ridiculous but i think it would be a blast!

It's always fun to beat someone when you have the extra handicap, tho. :rolleyes:

For sure I love it when I lower my health all the way, and then let them max it out.
Its a great battle and very satisfying if you win !

Having the option there is good, you can choose to use it if you want.

Lots of other great ideas in this thread !
 
TRMK online fun!

Is anyone here, besides me, going to go against or teaming up with any TRMK memebers just for the fun of it? I am. My partner is going to be DCP when we go against random people online. We are going to go up against My Knee Grows(HardRockMilkGun) and NothingRyhmesWithCitrus also. Then, I am my brother and I are going to go up against Baraka2011 and his brother. If you guys want to just have fun and fight each other, post here. You kould go against me as well or DCP and I;).

Yes Im also hoping they get a TRMK tournement going even though I classify myself as average player so I dont suck and Im not great either ;)

Hell yeah, me and Tenkai Hayabusa are gonna be the TRMK Xbox tag team! I hope to team up with any other Xbox players as well! Scorpion & Ermac are gonna layeth the smack down!!!

There actually is but I made this thread for people who are just going to play for the hell of it like me(I am in the tournament).
