mk vs dcu wallpapers

I really like the personalized effects. The effect for Sub-Zero is my favorite. Looks like he's pulling ice from the background...sweet.
 
Cant say I like any of these too much. They all took the existing render, put them on a similar colored background, and did some cheap effects.

I agree. I was gonna post my opinon, but I didnt want to be the first to tell him how bad they are.
 
Well I didn't say I'd use them. But I do like the ice-pull effect very much. If that could be applied to something that isn't just a render on a bland colored canvas I'd jump on it.
