Xbox 360 Save To Disk

I got the NXE loaded on my 360, and playing around with it's new Save to Disk mode where the system will load the game onto your drive to improve load speeds. MKvsDCU support it, but I really don't see a huge improvement, but later I'll do a side-by-side comparison in video.

All games support it, I loaded Rock Band 2 and Hitman: Blood Money this morning. I don't know how much it improves load speeds, but it definitely makes the drive run a lot less, and the whole system is a lot quieter.

No need to buy games anymore:

Rent them when they release, copy them, play them as long as you want.

(PS- go buy a 120g HDD ;))

Same system they use for PC games these days...

An X-Box is a PC disguised as a console, everyone forgets that.

Yes, that's exactly the point. The load times on Devil May Cry 4 on the PS3 are phenomenally shorter than the load times on the 360 (using an example pre-new dashboard). I also saw a similar effect on Fable II before and after install, and that's all on the 360 so you can't blame coding.

Load times break the mood, ruin immersion, and are generally annoying. MKvDC load times are obnoxious. Not so much in how long they are, but in how OFTEN it loads.
