After yesterday's fan-site exclusive sneak peeks, Midway has released all of the new screenshots of Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe today. Like in their previously released video, the focus is on the three fighting mechanics of the game: Freefall Kombat, Klose Kombat and Rage Mode. Just this time in nice high detailed still shots of the action.
In the first two new shots, Rage Mode is detailed. You can see both Wonder Woman and Baraka entering Rage Mode in each screenshot. You can clearly see the yellow "aura" that surrounds the characters as they enter the mode.
In the next two you see some still images of Klose Kombat in progress. You see Baraka pummeling Death Stroke and Wonder Woman delivering Raiden a quick uppercut.
The final two screenshots show Freefall Kombat in some cityscape background, so it looks like both Gotham City and Metropolis. In one Batman and Liu Kang bust through an elevated train line. In the other Superman and Kano fall to their doom along side a number of skyscrapers.
