I found 2 More in Midway Arcade Treasure Extended Play, 1 from MK2, 1 from MK3
GLITCH #1
I went for a Shadow Kick in the Dead Pool Level against jax, BackGround Disappeared but the Chains Remained. Jax Froze and My Shadow Kick just passed through him and I went off screen but the Green Clone things stayed there
GLITCH #2
I went Sub-Zero and Uppercuted Jax and then performed a Babalitie while he was in the air
